Sausage Casserole

Ingredients:
1 sachet of Colmans Sausage Casserole Mix
1 Tsp of Vegetable Oil
1lb Winston Sausages
2 Medium Onions (sliced)
1/2 Cup Mushrooms (sliced)
1 red pepper
1 1/4 Cup cold water
Directions:
  1. Pre-heat oven to 355*F
  2. Heat the oil in frying pan and fry sausages until brown. Add the onions and cook for a further 3-4 minutes until softened.
  3. Place in an ovenproof dish with the mushrooms and peppers.
  4. Blend the contents of the sachet with the water and add to the dish.
  5. Cover and cook for 1 hour. 
Serve with mashed potato and seasonal vegetables
